If I order online, can I have my new curtains and blinds measured and fitted as well?

Yes you can. Because our fitters service all over Denmark and so they would be happy to visit you. Please contact our customer service at customerservice@kurage.com or give us a call.

Where can I see and touch your curtains?

You are welcome to visit our showrooms in Brabrand near Aarhus or in Gentofte near Copenhagen. And you can find addresses and opening times here.

Can I order a sample of your products?

Yes. You can choose a maximum of five different fabrics, which we will send to you free of charge and without obligation. Please note that we only ship within the EU and to the UK.

Where are your products made?

All our products by the metre are produced in the EU and Turkey and are sewn in our own factory in Lithuania. Read more about our production and set up here.

I want a sustainable curtain. What should I choose?

Sustainability is one of our main areas of focus. Because it matters. And we have several recycled polyester items in our collection. In addition, there are several easily recyclable mono-materials in natural materials, e.g. recycled linen and cotton, as well as our beautiful stone-washed linen from Italy.

Is there a quality and durability guarantee if I order my curtains from your showroom or online?

Yes, we offer a full warranty and we have been delivering high quality solutions for several decades.

 

Who is behind KURAGE?

KURAGE is owned by Fischer Group based in Brabrand, with subsidiaries in Norway and Sweden and its own factory in Lithuania.

Fischer was established by Arne Fischer in 1962 and Fischer Group is now one of Scandinavia’s leading suppliers of solar shading and curtains. We supply both the private and commercial markets, including all types of houses as well as offices, hotels, institutions and businesses.

 

What does GRS certified mean?

The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is the leading worldwide standard for recycled content, both pre-consumer and post-consumer. But in addition, there are strict requirements in terms of social and environmental conditions as well as the chemicals used in the product.

What does an Oeko-tex standard 100 mean?

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX is one of the world’s best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances.

The standard is far more comprehensive than the legislation in Denmark and the EU (REACH). And is therefore a good tool to ensure that the product you are buying is free of harmful chemicals.

Is there a right of return on curtains and blinds?

We custom make the curtains to your unique measurements and therefore cannot offer a full right of return. But if your new curtains do not meet your expectations, we will always try to help you so that they can be enjoyed for many years to come.

 

What is your delivery time?

It typically takes 4 weeks from order to delivery.
